Beautiful color pallet, dramatic value ranges, and lovely delicate detail in the face. Overall very striking. However, there are three areas where I think it could be improved: first, the wing lacks the nuance and depth of the face. I like how it's left mostly white with the soft washes of cyan and magenta behind the feathers, but I think the airy colors would be better complimented by more delicate and realistic linework in the feathers themselves.

Secondly and similarly, the lines of the hair seem a bit harsh juxtaposed against the subtle shadows of the face and the rich, organic background colors. A possible solution would be to use fewer lines in drawing the hair, defining the shape without drawing every hair, and/or to pick up some highlights out of the dark background to give the hair more substance.

Finally, the composition is very symmetrical; the focal point of the eye and the busy lines of the wing are in opposite corners and about equal in "weight", so the eye is pulled between those too corners rather than guided around the image. I would suggest a more dynamic pose for the wing as well as the more realistic feathers I mentioned before. For example:

See how the feathers vary in size and sweep in the direction of movement? I would recommend doing a study of wing anatomy, as you clearly have with human anatomy
